I tell everyone however, it is like preparing for an exam. It is better to focus on the fundamentals so that you walk into the interview confident. The information on interviewing is endless. At some point, it is important to put everything down and know the job you are applying for, the organization you want to work for and why, and know why you should be hired.
Then simply...be yourself and actively listen to the interviewer. Respond authentically to the questions.
