This work mainly clarify the importance of making mistakes for students when they are study in school. Everyone need to make mistakes, but the difference between success and failure is that success can get experience from the mistakes. Teachers should create hard scenarios, whose goal is to help the students to grow.

Leticia Guzman is a teacher who through this article reflect on the position we teachers assume when it comes to our student’s mistakes or failure in class. Leticia estates that we as teachers need to remember that learning by making mistakes is important, that we can not expect to have our students to be always perfect or completing tasks without failure. Leticia also noted that teachers should provide a classroom space for students to take risks, to make decisions, to fail and explore other different ways to solve a problem, and that the teacher should always be there to supervise such process.Leticia mentioned that a teacher should not penalized all students’ mistakes in the classroom, but instead should always foster a creative thinking for students to find solutions after struggling to comply a task.
