Based upon our experiences, me and my colleagues wrote an opinion article about the impact of ‘Datafication of Human Capital’ in the magazine of the VU University Amsterdam, Amsterdam Business Research Institute (ABRI).

Les gens pensent souvent que l’analytique RH est la même chose que le reporting RH. Le reporting RH fait partie de l’analytique, mais cela va beaucoup plus loin que cela. En fait, l’analytique RH consiste à utiliser les données pour permettre une meilleure prise de décisions liées aux employés, de meilleurs résultats pour la gestion des talents et, au final, pour aider à l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires. L’analytique RH est un processus qui vous permet de prendre des décisions optimales ou réalistes basées sur des faits ! C’est juste cela (et tout cela) !
