As a rule, don’t compare your YouTube stats, to those of other YouTubers. Set realistic goals for your channel and only make comparisons with yourself. Otherwise, you might get discouraged when you see others racking up numbers on one single video that you can’t muster across your entire channel!

[Clara] This YouTube video made by a blogger explains the integration of YouTube and Google Plus and all the different changes that it has created for YouTube. She goes over main points such as the comment section, and the differences between Google Pages and main accounts and how youtube channels fit into those categories. The 14 and a half minute video spends the first 5 minutes explaining all the new functions on the comment section of YouTube which include spam filter, tagging abilities, having a Google + account in order to comment, and privacy settings. The rest of the video is spent on the different accounts and pages within YouTube and Google +. She explains the differences of having a Google + page and a main Google + account, and why and how the content of two should be different of similar. She also explains how a YouTube channel owner should go about managing all the different accounts, especially if that person has multiple channels under different accounts.

More people are running to charity tube to post videos and watch videos than posting on you tube. Try posting at charity tube and you will never leave. http://www.africatube.net/ More visitors and more video views. Don't take our word for it, try it. Post one same video on youtube and put it on http://www.africatube.net/ and return ater five hours and compare the viewers rate and decide for yourself. Create your very own group or forum and control who watch it and invite everyone to watch the video. Above all, post video in English or in any language and viewers can watch video description in their own language. Try it and let us know your experience. Above all it is absolutely free like youtube

The other day I watched a video where the guy was telling people to copy all of their tags and paste them at the bottom of the video description. I found out awhile ago that there’s really no need to do that because clearly YouTube/Google has no problem reading the tags in the first place. Repeating them is not only redundant but it might also hurt your standings in YouTube search. I took this snippet of text right out of YouTube Creators Playbook
"Reminder: It is a violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service to use misleading metadata and blocks of keywords in your description field."
I’m sure this fellow meant well but I sure hope he reads this post and doesn’t get his channel banned.
